ORG designed one of the three winning schemes proposed for the development of a 401sq.km. site (acht Mal so groß wie "Palm Deira" in Dubai) of new land in Saemangeum, in south-west Korea. The scheme proposes a system of landscape chambers and a constellation of high-density settlements. The program includes industry, tourism, agriculture, and mega-programs such as a space-port.
